About Me
I've spent the last 8 years working in fintech and insuretech, where I've learned that reliable software systems start with solid testing and deployment practices. When things go wrong (and they will), having good processes in place makes all the difference.
My focus is on QA automation and DevOps engineering. I build test automation frameworks and deployment pipelines that catch issues early and make releases predictable. The goal is to make software more reliable and deployments less stressful for everyone.
When I'm not working on software systems, I volunteer at the VINS Nature Center helping rehabilitate injured birds. It's a nice balance to the technical work and keeps me connected to something different.

When I'm not working on software, I spend time hiking in Vermont's Green Mountains with my two dogs, Cassie and Vidia. It's a good way to step away from the computer and clear my head.
Getting outside helps me think more clearly about work problems. Sometimes the best solutions come when you're not actively thinking about them. The dogs are good at reminding me to keep things simple.

My Dogs
Cassie and Vidia are good company and help me maintain a work-life balance. They're always ready for a walk or a break from the computer.
